Each Xkins product is crafted with trusted quality and is covered by this One (1) Year Limited Warranty ("Limited Warranty"). This Limited Warranty applies solely to Xkins Pet Carriers purchased from the official Xkins website and official social media platforms. It is non-transferable and available only to the original purchaser or gift recipient, with proof of purchase required. Xkins reserves the right to modify the scope and availability of this Limited Warranty, but any changes will not apply retroactively.
Coverage
This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, starting from the date of initial retail purchase (the "Warranty Period"). If a defect arises within the Warranty Period, Xkins will, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar product, subject to availability. The Warranty Period is not extended if Xkins repairs or replaces the product.
What is Not Covered?
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Β· Normal wear and tear: Including minor cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, stains, or fabric fading) that does not impact the carrier's core functionality.
Β· Damage from improper use: This includes damage caused by failure to follow product care instructions, cleaning with inappropriate materials, or use for purposes not intended by Xkins.
Β· Damage caused by pets: Any chewing, tearing, or scratching of the carrier by pets.
Β· Environmental factors: Damage from moisture, mold, mildew, excessive heat, or other environmental conditions.
Β· Commercial use: Damage caused by commercial or non-personal use of the product.
Β· Transport damage: Any damage occurring during transport by third-party services, such as airlines or couriers.
Β· Loss or theft of the product or its contents.
Additionally, any claim made under this warranty may be denied if the product shows signs of misuse, neglect, or alterations that impact its condition or functionality.
Service & Repair
If your Xkins Carrier develops a defect covered under this Limited Warranty, Xkins will, at its discretion:
Β· Repair the product using new or refurbished parts, or
Β· Replace the product with a similar model.
Note that minor issues that do not impair the product's overall functionality may not qualify for replacement. If a product is replaced, the replacement may be subject to availability and will not extend the original Warranty Period. All shipping costs associated with sending the product for evaluation or repair are the responsibility of the customer.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email xkins.ph@gmail.com with the following:
Β· A description of the issue, including relevant photos or videos.
Β· Proof of purchase and proof of payment (confirmation email and photo or screenshot payment) and the Product Number located in the Product Tag.
Β· Your contact details: name, phone number, and shipping address.
Β· Claims will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, and Xkins reserves the right to request additional information or inspect the product before approving a claim.
Limitation of Liability
Xkinsβ liability for defective products is limited exclusively to repair or replacement, as outlined in this warranty. Xkins is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of use. The total liability of Xkins shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
