To ensure a comfortable fit, measure your fur baby from the base of the neck to the base of the tail for length and from the top of the head to the floor for height. Compare these measurements with the carrier’s dimensions (17” x 10.7” x 10.7”). This ensures your fur baby can sit, stand, and turn comfortably inside the carrier.

 The Xkins Carrier Pro is designed for small to medium-sized dogs (i.e. toy poodle, maltese, yorkshire terrier, shih tzu – princess type, pomeranian, pekingese, etc.) cats, and bunnies, subject to weight and measuring guidelines. Please measure your fur baby and compare it with the carrier dimensions to ensure a proper fit. 

 We currently ship only within the Philippines. Scheduling is based on availability.  Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

• For Metro Manila, we can arrange delivery via courier or same-day delivery via Grab or Lalamove based on availability and a mutually agreed schedule. 
• For provincial orders, we will arrange delivery via courier.

For Metro Manila orders, expect delivery within 1-3 days after shipping. For provincial areas, delivery typically takes 3-7 days, depending on the specific location.

 We accept payments exclusively through GCash or bank transfer via GCash and Metrobank. Please ensure payment is completed before your product is arranged for delivery or pick-up. Proof of payment must be sent within 24 hours upon receipt of your order confirmation email; otherwise, the order will be voided. 

 Yes, the Xkins Carrier Pro can be used for air travel; however, it is essential to check each airline's specific guidelines and requirements. We recommend confirming with your airline before traveling to ensure the carrier meets their specifications. Please note that Xkins does not guarantee airline approval for specific airlines and will not be liable for any issues that may arise if the carrier does not meet specific airline standards. 

Our return and exchange policy is governed by a limited warranty policy. The shipping fees for returns or exchanges are the buyer's responsibility. Please refer to our warranty guidelines for detailed coverage and eligibility information.
